Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Trainings
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are three distinct concepts and approaches that have the potential to influence the landscape and function of an organization. Often grouped together because of their somewhat overlapping relationship to one another, discretely or collectively they have the ability to improve workplace culture and address an organization's blindspots. Tenisha approaches diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings in a multi-module format. Her approach includes but is not limited to consultation with organizational leadership, mission and vision review, website scan and analysis, multiple instructional sessions, and a diversity strategic plan.
The goal of these efforts is to increase awareness, influence behavior, inform policy and practices including hiring and employee onboarding. Overall, by moving beyond surface-level dialogue and performative exercises, Tenisha can help you improve the culture and climate of your organization and the health and wellness of its employees.
