Tenisha's training as a higher education researcher and an instructor of leadership, policy, and research methods has afforded her the unique opportunity to have acquired extensive knowledge in the above areas and beyond.  As a microcosm of the greater society, postsecondary institutions both reflect the greater society and are often regarded as a beacon of hope to address societal ills. Having had the opportunity to work as a leader and train leaders across industries, Tenisha brings a multi-pronged approach to working with organizations.  Aligned with her teaching philosophy, her efforts are rooted in equity and inclusivity, wellness, relationship building, willingness, and reflective praxis.  Click any of the links above to learn more.
